i have been hanging out at biggest loser club and trying to follow the plan. so far so good. i am down to 224.5 lbs. i am have been lifting weights pretty regularly, (always room for improvement). and eating less.
i am also having some GERD issues. recently diagnosed by my doctor. i am hoping to get a handle on it, so that i am a bit more comfortable. this has changed my eating, but i am still eating less.
